1. Returns & Refunds – You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your order. – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with the original safety seals intact, and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. – Opened or partially used supplements, vitamins, and personal care products are strictly non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

4. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
